Province Surfing Champs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Western Province surfing championships took place last weekend at Kalk Bay reef and Misty Cliffs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 1<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetition kicked with the junior divisions surfing fun, onshore Kalk Bay that turned into pretty good contour by the time finals arrived.<br \/>\nNot surprisingly, The Kalk Bay surfers dominated the event with standout performances from <strong>Max Elkington<\/strong>, <strong>Jordy Maree<\/strong> and <strong>Ethan Pentz<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEthan was on top form and found an epic barrel to take the boys U17 title<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chappypix.co.za\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/shot19.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-702\" title=\"shot1\"
