Danger Beach, on the False Bay coast is nothing more than a fun wave. The wave lacks the power and intensity of its big brother just down the road but there usually is less of a crowd and a few breaks to surf.
Shore break gets fun…
Dangers works best in winter and depending on the swell direction it can pick up more swell than Kalk Bay.
Over the years I have found the Beach break to be best between spring and late summer.
Summer time is great!
This is one of the few places in Cape Town that gets warm enough to lose the wetsuit.

Over the last few years I have not giving Dangers any attention as Kalk Bay is more photographic but the last month or so I have been looking down here a little more for a change.
