Little look back at some of my surf missions this summer

Been an age since I last shot surfing in Cape Town! So when a half decent swell appeared on the charts I headed town side to check it out

Summer is here in Cape Town and we have had lots of wind and a few good swells to kick of the summer season

I was recently up the East coast and with the South African junior surfing championships being held in J-Bay, I decided to check it out.

A couple weeks back, a “fun” South swell pulled into FalseBay and I headed down to snap a few surfing images…

On the East side of the Cape peninsular, lies a little rocky slab in False Bay, that occasionally produces a fun, little barreling wave.

This past week or so, Cape Town has been experiencing a pretty intense heat wave coupled with some amazing summer swell.
