There were some seriously fun waves in Kommetjie yesterday and some hot surfers in the water. Sadly not the best light to shoot surfing photos in but I gave it a try anyway and got a few goodies.

In the Run up to the event J-Bay had seen some of the best swell in living memory. For days the swell poured in. It was like someone had left the tap open. I resisted the urge to follow a couple swells thinking it may be a better bet when the pro’s arrive.

I did a Lifestyle shoot with Professional Surfers Matt Bromley and Tarryn Chudleigh in Kommetjie a few weeks back. The idea was a nice and simple Surfing Lifestyle shot for my new Site.

I am super stoked to have a couple in the new ZigZag Photo Journal. So stoked that I almost missed a miss credit on an image! Other than that, this is a sick publication that I am very proud to be a part of.
